1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of The Jank Yard website and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products All products are 3D printed resin miniatures and hobby models produced to order. Product images are representative renders — minor variations in finish, colour, and detail may occur between prints. All items are supplied unassembled and unpainted unless otherwise stated.

3. Intellectual Property All original designs sold by The Jank Yard are the intellectual property of The Jank Yard. Our products are original sculpts and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced under licence from any third-party intellectual property holder.

4. Orders & Production Orders are accepted subject to availability and our ability to fulfil them. As all items are printed to order, production begins promptly after payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.

5. Pricing All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

6. Shipping & Production Times As all items are printed to order, they are produced on a first come, first served basis. We aim to begin printing and dispatch your order within 7 days of payment confirmation. During busy periods, delays may occur beyond this timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Jank Yard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
