Production & Dispatch All items are printed to order on a first come, first served basis. We aim to begin printing and dispatch your order within 7 working days of payment confirmation. During busy periods this timeframe may be extended — we will contact you if there is a significant delay.
UK Shipping We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard: 2–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or courier services once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at jankyardgaming@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand this in the future — sign up to our mailing list to be notified.
